Ingredients

  • ✦ Ground Beef (200 - 300gms)
  • ✦ Burger Buns
  • ✦ Cheese Slices (2 Slices)
  • ✦ Lettuce
  • ✦ Onion & Tomatoes (3 - 5 Nos)
  • ✦ Mustard Ketchup
  • ✦ Tomato Ketchup
  • ✦ Salt & Pepper
  • ✦ Butter & oil

Recipe- Let's Get Started!!

  1. Prepare the patties

    • In a mixing bowl, gently mix the ground beef with a bit of salt and pepper. Do not overwork the meat.
    • Divide the meat into four equal portions and shape them into patties, making them slightly larger than the buns as they will shrink during cooking.
    • Use your thumb to make a small indentation in the center of each patty to prevent them from puffing up
  2. Cook the patties

    • Preheat the grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat.
    • Lightly oil the grill or pan to prevent sticking.
    • Place the patties on the grill or pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired doneness. Use a meat thermometer to check the temperature: 160°F (71°C) for well-done.
  3. Toast the buns

    • While the patties are cooking, toast the hamburger buns. You can use a toaster, oven, or place them on the grill for a few minutes until golden brown. Optionally, spread a little butter on the cut sides before toasting.
  4. Prepare the Toppings

    • While the patties are cooking, prepare the toppings. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves, slice the tomato and onion, and set out the pickles and condiments.
  5. Assemble the Hamburgers

    • Place the toasted buns on serving plates.
    • Add a cooked patty to the bottom half of each bun.
    • Layer on the toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and condiments as desired.
    • Cover with the top half of the bun.
  6. Serve

    • Serve the hamburgers immediately while they're hot and enjoy!
    • Add some Ketchup as need.
